Return/Refund Policy

 

We think you'll agree that Captain Waldo’s has one of the best return policy in the industry. 

  • You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card.
  • Then, we give another 30 days (60 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the merchandise when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind. 

You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.


Simply phone or email our customer service department and ask for an RMA number.  Package the items securely and include the RMA number along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only Continental US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.  


No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.


Merchandise returned without authorization or in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

 

 

 

Order Verification Policy   

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  All orders may require a 24-72 hour period of time for normal verification purposes.  If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order.  We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.

 

All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

 

If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance. 

 

If you need to ship to an alternative address, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.

 

 

 

International Order Verification   

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information. 

 

All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).

Warranty Policy   

Leisure Pro buyers find the best products at the lowest possible prices wherever they are. Since (sometimes) that means that we do not buy it directly from the manufacturer, nor are we authorized by them to sell their products, so we are not bound by the official/unofficial manufacturer's suggested retail prices, and we can pass on the tremendous savings to you. In some instances the product will come without an English language manual or manufacturer's warrantee cards valid in the United States. In those cases, we provide our own Captain Waldo’s warranty, which offers equal or greater protection. 

 

 

 

Sales Tax Policy

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of Texas

 

 

 

International Tax:
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Captain Waldo’s is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

 

We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed on 12:00 EST the day before.

When we Ship   

We ship 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day (Orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 PM EST, will ship the following week). All other orders ships in 2 business days.

Term of Fulfillment   

All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.

Shipping Rules   

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

P.O. Boxes   

Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, certain restrictions apply, please call customer service for details.

Hotels & Forwarding Places

Order Verification   

All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

International Orders   

First time international orders will have to provide additional information for verification purposes after placing order. Failure to do so may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order. Due to high cost of International shipping, we cannot ship any orders that include backordered items. We will have to either cancel those items or change them to similar items according to the customer’s request.

International Tax Clearance   

International orders may be subject to customs, when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.

Out of Stock Items   

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. Leisure Pro will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. only.

Special Order Items   

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.

Canceled Order   

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
